    I go to this place almost daily, early morning, during the work week and the guys always get my drink right (simple salted cold foam cold brew). Today, I used my mobile app and ordered ahead of time on my way to work late morning (11:15) and only changed the amount of caramel in it to half of the flavor.... I arrive and the 3 servers are walking around. I stand at the pick up counter, going unnoticed with them still making drinks and not a simple acknowledgement or hello. One of the girls complains of how slow it is. That's when I finally say "Well that's pretty obvious since I've been here almost 3 minutes, I have an online order to pick up if it's ready." She responds "You mean a mobile order." I told her whatever order it is, it's already been placed 10 minutes ago and hopefully ready if they are complaining of being slow. At that point she looks and says she didn't realize they had one, then starts making it. She starts putting toffee in it, then looks at the menu on the wall and says they changed the recipe on her. I told her I get it all the time and don't think they changed it over night. She starts making it again at which point says she is now making the wrong drink. I looked at her and the guy next to her and told her to just stop. The whole point of mobile order was to have it ready so I could have it ready and continue to work, they didn't have it or even know it was waiting to be made and were complaining, then didn't even know what they were making, so they could just cancel it entirely. She said I could still take it with me, I took it and it was completely wrong and disgusting. I used all my money on my card balance, $5.89 for a drink that I couldn't salvage to taste any better. Just terrible service. Acknowledge your customers standing in front of you and dont try to blame a recipe 'had been changed' if you don't know what you are doing. Address the issue as it was and the whole scenario would have been different, instead of me losing money on something completely wrong.

    Have yet to meet a Starbucks I didn't like. Always fast and friendly service.

    Omg...I hate paying $5 for coffee, but it is so friggin good...
